My analysis is of course is my bread and better of my project. This is were I come to my conclusions. The two data tables represent numbers that I inputed myself so the observer can see a trend. I did two seperate data tables for a stop sign and a signal light.

The vertical bold numbers are the total for both directions of the major street. The horizontal bold number are the totals from the minor street (homes and apartments). The numbers inside the table are in seconds. As you can see the numbers in red are average waiting for cars if there was a stop sign at the intersection. At 350 major st. and 450 minor st. you must begin at possibly start looking at another type of traffic control device. Now lets look at the same amount of cars but instead of a stop sign lets use a signal light signal light.

The vertical bold numbers are the total for both directions of the major street. The horizontal bold number are the totals from the minor street (homes and apartments). The numbers inside the table are in seconds. The red numbers corresponds to the other red numbers of the stop sign data table. As you can see as the volume of cars get larger the signal light reduce the average waiting time. Therefore a signal light would more effective at this intersection. We use a bar graph to compare the two red numbers.
