PRO TOOLS STUDIO

A Digidesign Pro Tools HD Workstation is housed in the control room of CLU's new television studio. At 24-bit, 192 kHz, this professional workstation encompasses the highest quality in digital audio recording, editing, and video post-production. The workstation features a Focusrite Control 24 mixing surface, surround monitoring, midi, and a variety of software-based instruments. The Television studio doubles as a tracking studio for recording projects and dialogue replacement.

DIGITAL MUSIC LAB

The Digital Music Lab at CLU is a midi and digital audio project studio designed for high-quality music production. The primary workstation features Mark of the Unicorn's Digital Performer 4, in combination with Gigastudio sampling workstation. The lab is equipped with five full-range monitors for surround-sound, a Mackie 1604 VLZ mixer, and video projection. The lab is available to any student that is taking or has completed Music 310: Digital Music, and has become a music production center for students and faculty working on music, video, and multimedia projects.
