Distance Education Proctoring
Students who are currently enrolled at Cal Lutheran and are taking courses at other Universities, may have his/her exam(s) proctored in our office pending availability.
Students must complete the following steps:
- Contact our office at email@example.com or 805.493.3260 in order to request a Proctor.
- Arrange to have the exam shipped. It is the responsibility of the student to contact the faculty of the distance education course to ensure test delivery either through regular mail to: Center for Student Success, 60 W Olsen Rd. #5300, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360, or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Schedule a date/time for the exam (please allow at least 2 weeks to ensure availability). You may only reschedule your exam time ONCE before paying the exam fee again.
- Pay the Exam Fee ($25 each exam) online (the link for payment will be sent to your Cal Lutheran email address after you have made arrangements with a proctor and scheduled your exam date).
In the event that an exam is delivered without prior approval, the exam(s) will be automatically sent back to the issuing institution. All arrangements MUST be made before receipt of the exam(s).
Students needing accommodations for disability-related needs must be registered with the Disability Support Services Program (DSS). Students requesting accommodations for distance education exams must also contact the DSS coordinator prior to the exam date he or she is registered for, to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made.
