Semester Plan
Payment in full is due at the beginning of the semester.Monthly Payment Plan (Specific to Traditional Undergraduates)

For parents and students who prefer to make monthly installment payments, California Lutheran University is pleased to offer a payment plan that will allow you to pay your tuition in installments with no interest charges.
Monthly Payment Plan is:
- Not a loan. No qualifying or applications to complete.
- Affordable. Make smaller monthly payments instead of a large payment at the beginning of each semester.
- Flexible. Depending on when you sign up, you can spread your payments throughout the academic year.
- Interest-free. There are no interest charges, just a $100 enrollment fee.
The Monthly Payment Plan works like this:
- Budget annual costs in up to 12 monthly installments, May through April, for an annual enrollment fee of $100.
- Budget semester (Spring) costs in up to 5 monthly installments, December through April, for an enrollment fee of $50.

)Note: Payment of tuition and all other fees becomes an obligation of the student at the time of registration. Prior to the deadline for adding classes, students must have their accounts paid in full (with the exception of pending financial aid), or have a current monthly payment contract. An account is considered past due if the balance is not paid within 30 days after the beginning of the semester. According to University policy, no student may begin a new term with a balance owing from previous term attended.
Any student owing a balance and not currently registered may request extended billing for an additional $100 enrollment fee. CLU has contracted with an off-site billing service to provide monthly billing to non-registered students.
