Student Voice Survey

Dear Cal Lutheran undergraduate students,

You have been invited by the Associated Students of California Lutheran University Government (ASCLUG) to complete a survey about campus life. By responding, you give voice for other undergraduates like you and have the opportunity to win prizes, such as a Beach Cruiser Bike, a Starbucks Gift Certificate, and Gas Certificates. Therefore, your feedback here is very important. Please help us improve our understanding of student opinion for ASCLUG’S future decisions, events, and services.

This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.  Please note that you have rights as a potential participant in this survey. First, while certainly appreciated, your participation is voluntary. Please do not think you are under an obligation to participate.  Second, while complete responses vastly improve the validity of the survey, you have the right to stop participating at any point for any reason.  Finally, please know that the researchers have an ethical obligation to protect your confidentiality. We are not collecting personal identifiers on this survey. The final section is optional and will allow you to submit your email to be entered into a drawing for the prizes mentioned above. If entered, your email will not be connected to any answers. Any report on the findings from this survey will only provide aggregated information about groups of people.
