Molecules and Markets

Molecules and Markets

We are offering an exciting event exclusively for business and science majors. As part of our new series titled “Molecules and Markets”, we are bringing science entrepreneurs to campus to talk about their journeys as founders or co-founders. Our first speaker in the series will be Austin Aker, co-founder and COO of NexGenic and CLU alumnus. Before founding NexGenic, Aker had been the General Manager of Illuminostics, a core imaging laboratory, and Business Development Manager at Symbion Research International. He graduated from Cal Lutheran in 2006 with a major in biology.

The program will begin with a free lunch and beverages at 11:30 am. Introductions and speaker presentation will begin at 12:00 pm, followed by a question and answer period at 12:35 pm, with the event concluding before 1:00 pm so you can still get to class.

Remember Free Admission. Lunch will be provided.

If you have ever thought of creating your own start up by combining business, technology and the sciences, then this is an event you can’t miss. RSVP Today.
