Summit Adventure is a non-profit outdoor adventure ministry located in Bass Lake, California. We use experiential education, adventure programming, service and cross-cultural immersion as tools to move individuals and groups out of their comfort zones into more reliance on God and each other. We offer a variety of Classic Courses in Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Death Valley, Mexico, Patigonia, and Israel; but, we can also create Custom Courses to fit the needs of schools and church groups. We even have a Immersion Service and Adventure Semester (15-18 College Credits) that spends six weeks in Ecuador! Although every course is different, typical course components include backpacking, rock climbing, mountaineering, rappelling, orienteering, trekking, cultural immersion and service. Along with course offerings we also have internship and job opportunities including Course Instructor, Outdoor Leadership Internships, Program Administration Internships, Marketing Internships and more.
