Pilates Club

Description

Pilates Club offers classes for students and staff to relieve stress from schoolwork and to improve: posture, physical strength, and flexibility. The Pilates classes that are offered are "Power" focused and work to exercise Centering, Control, Concentration, Flow, Breath, and Precision. This class is endurance and movement based which, will challenge participants and improve overall strength and well-being.
