Spring 2013 Fitness Classes
Cal Lutheran provides free Fitness Classes to all students and staff.
| Bootcamp | Monday and Wednesday | 5:00pm-6:00pm |
| Zumba | Monday and Wednesday | 6:00pm-7:00pm |
| Pilates | Monday and Wednesday | 7:00pm-8:00pm |
| Yoga | Tuesday and Thursday | 5:00pm-6:00pm |
Spring 2013 Fitness Classes begin Wednesday January 23rd
Spring Break: Classes will not be held over spring break (March 23rd - April 1st). They will resume on April 2nd.
All Fitness Classes, other than Bootcamp, meet in the Dance Studio on the second floor of the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center. Pilates Club is open to all CLU students, faculty and staff. Classes are now being held on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Please Note:
Classes will not be in session during university holidays.
Policies
All students, faculty and staff are welcome! All classes are free and are located in the Dance and Fitness Studio on the second floor of the GSFC (Excluding Bootcamp). Please be respectful of the floor and wear appropriate shoes and clothing. If attending the yoga class, please bring your own mat.
Please be courteous to our facility by wiping off your shoes before tracking dirt and grass throughout the center. Thank you!
