Usage Policies
Current students and employees must have a current CLU ID card, which can be obtained at the University's Welcome Center, in order to access the Forrest Fitness Center. No one will be admitted without an ID card.
Non-Student Memberships
Alumni may purchase memberships by contacting Graham Crain, Coordinator for Recreational Sports, at gcrain@clunet.edu or by bringing a completed membership application and agreement (see below) to the Forrest Fitness Center from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Current students’ spouses/domestic partners may purchase a membership for the Forrest Fitness Center as well.
Local community members may purchase a membership after becoming a CLA Member. CLA Membership information is available at the Forrest Fitness Center or online at http://www.callutheran.edu/cla/membership/
Application Process for Non-Student Membership:

Fill out the Forrest Fitness Center Application (Available online on the main FFC webpage)

Drop off the application at the Forrest Fitness Center

Pay the applicable membership fee online (link on main page)

You will be contacted within 5-7 working days to pick up your CLU Photo ID Card
