Living on Campus
CLU now offers Graduate and ADEP Housing in Grace Hall. Grace Hall was built in 2005 and offers state of the art facilities, single bedroom privacy, and convenience for busy students. All units are fully furnished and the price includes all utilities, cable, high speed wireless internet, and phone.
Meal plans are available to all students (residential and commuter). If you are interested in purchasing a meal plan, please indicate your choice on your housing application.

Traditional Graduate Programs
- 9-month lease (mid-August to mid-May) plus optional 3 month summer lease
- Pay by term or semester dependent upon program
- $400 refundable damage deposit
12-month Graduate Programs: IMBA, MS-IST, MSCS, MS-Econ and ADEP
- 12-month lease required
- Pay by term
- $400 refundable damage deposit
- $200 non-refundable set-up fee required for all International students (includes all bedding, pillows, towels, and laundry basket)
