Emotional wellness emphasizes the importance of managing one’s feelings. Awareness and acceptance of our feelings allows us to manage all of the positive and negative emotional challenges that arise in our lives. The ability to cope with feelings such as stress, and to maintain satisfying relationships with others are characteristics of this dimension.
