Always wanted to plan a large-scale event? Want to see what it takes to be part of ASCLUG Programs Board? Here’s your chance. Concert Interns are volunteers who are able to gain valuable experience coordinating ASCLUG’s Spring Concert scheduled for April 4, 2014. This opportunity will allow the Concert Interns to manage a program, work with campus partners, develop strategic marketing plans, and collaborate with current ASCLUG Programs Board members. Although Concert Interns will not be voting ASCLU Programs Board members, they will be a vital part of the Concert Committee team. Additionally, Concert Interns will receive a limited edition “Concert Tee,” concert access, chance to meet and greet with the artist as well as a meal the day of the event.
This volunteer opportunity is one of a kind. Therefore, we are looking for dependable, trustworthy, creative, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join the Concert Committee team. All Concert Interns are required to attend 7 out of the 8 Concert Committee meetings. All Concert Interns are required to be available the day of the concert, April 4, 2014, from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m.
