Application & Payment Process

New Membership
  1. Read, fill out, and turn in FFC Membership Application and Agreement with a copy of your purchase receipt to the Forrest Fitness Center Front Desk Staff. This needs to be submitted before entrance to the FFC is granted. In case of an emergency, you need to have valid medical insurance that covers Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

  2. Go to the online purchase page and select the appropriate membership.

  3. After purchase, you should receive a confirmation e-mail, if not, contact ffc@callutheran.edu to verify payment confirmation.

  4. After the FFC application and payment are submitted, The Recreational Sports Department will notify the University to have an ID card created.

  5. The approval process takes 5-7 business days from the day your FFC Membership Application and Agreement is received.

  6. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the FFC Staff notifying you that your CLU ID card is ready to be picked up at the Campus Welcome Center.

  7. Your card grants you access and you MUST have it to enter the to the Forrest Fitness Center. No CLU ID card = No gym access.

Renew Membership
  1. Go to the online purchase page and select the appropriate membership.

  2. READ, fill out, and turn in FFC Membership Application and Agreement with a copy of your purchase receipt to the FFC Front Desk Staff. This needs to be submitted before entrance to the FFC.

  3. As long as you have your ID card, you will have access as soon as these documents are turned in to the Front Desk Staff. (CLU ID card may not work)

  4. Your paper work will be processed and CLU ID card reactivated. CLU ID card reactivation may take 1-2 business days due to processing
