Thursday, October 1 - Application Deadline
Priority application deadline for Spring 2010 applications. Students should apply by this date to ensure they have enough time to complete the process.
Monday, October 5 - Visa Workshop
For students who have applied to go abroad in the Spring of 2010, come to the Nelson Room at 10:00am for an optional workshop assisting with the student visa process. Information is also available in our passports and visas section.
Tuesday, October 6 - CIEE Representative Visit
A rep from Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) will be on campus to speak with students interested in going abroad through their program. A table will be set up outside the Study Abroad Center midday. Students are encouraged to ask questions and look into a program of interest.
Thursday, October 22 - Pre-Departure Fair
One of two dates available to to attend. Held from 11:00-1:00 in Lundring, students going abroad Spring 2010 will receive their Study Abroad Handout. Students who attend this fair will need to have their pre-departure packet turned in to the Study Abroad Center Friday, November 13th.
Wednesday, November 4 - Pre-Departure Fair
One of two dates available to to attend. Held from 3:00-5:00 in Lundring, students going abroad Spring 2010 will receive their Study Abroad Handout. Students who attend this fair will need to have their pre-departure packet turned in to the Study Abroad Center Monday, November 23rd.

Wednesday, December 2 - Pre-Departure Dinner
Mandatory event for all students studying abroad Spring 2010. The event will be held in Lundring. Check-in will be from 4:00-5:00 and dinner will be from 5:00-7:30pm.
