Notice to current students abroad: October 4, 2010

As some of you may already know, a Travel Alert has been issued by the U.S. State Department for Americans traveling in Europe due to recent terrorist threats. We do not wish to allarm you, but want to make sure you are aware of this notice. Students in all study abroad locations are getting this notification and should be aware of changing conditions throughout the world. Your are always advised to be vigilant and cognizant of your surroundings and to take common sense precautions throughout your term abroad. Given the recent official alert, please be sure to stay in close contact with your program provider or university representative, and notify your program especially of any travel you are planning to do.
