Steps to Studying Abroad

Getting Started

  • Research program options and potential destinations at
  • Attend an Information Session held daily at 2:30pm in the Study Abroad Center
  • Review your four-year academic plan with your faculty advisor
  • Apply for a passport


Submit the online CLU Application to Study Abroad by the following deadlines.
Program spots can be limited, so applying a year in advance is strongly advised

  • October 1st for spring semester abroad and Oxford fall abroad
  • March 1st for summer and fall semester abroad

Admissions Requirements

  • CLU Online Application
  • WebAdvisor transcript copy
  • Financial Aid Award letter
  • Copy of pasport
  • Satisfactory academic/judicial standing

    CLU Approval to Study Abroad

  • Specific program application
  • Official transcript
  • Disciplinary clearance form
  • Faculty recommendation
