Steps to Studying Abroad
Getting Started
- Research program options and potential destinations at www.callutheran.edu/studyabroad
- Attend an Information Session held daily at 2:30pm in the Study Abroad Center
- Review your four-year academic plan with your faculty advisor
- Apply for a passport
Applying
Submit the online CLU Application to Study Abroad by the following deadlines.
Program spots can be limited, so applying a year in advance is strongly advised
- October 1st for spring semester abroad and Oxford fall abroad
- March 1st for summer and fall semester abroad
Admissions Requirements
- CLU Online Application
- WebAdvisor transcript copy
- Financial Aid Award letter
- Copy of pasport
- Satisfactory academic/judicial standing
CLU Approval to Study Abroad
- Specific program application
- Official transcript
- Disciplinary clearance form
- Faculty recommendation
