We returned to campus early for RA training and were on the same staff. I was starting my senior year, she was a sophomore. We even skipped a session of training (quietly approved by our ARC, of course) to go on our first date. I took her to Catalina Island where we walked around the island, had dinner, and had our first kiss on Casino Point. The rest, as they say, is history.
We’ve been married 12 years and recently moved to Nashville with our three children: Ethan (9), Asher (6), and Maisie (3).
