Brita Jacobson '19 & Peyton Borg '19
Peyton and I were first introduced by our mothers, who went to Pacific Lutheran University together back in the day (we both live in Washington state). The night before move-in day freshman year, our families went out to dinner at Paradise Cove together and I first really met Peyton (we have baby pictures together but I don't remember those of course). We also found out that we had gone to the same YoungLife camp in Canada the same week during high school. During orientation weekend and the first week of freshman year we kept running into each other and really began to hit it off. We started dating at a Cal Lu halloween party freshman year and when our moms found out we were dating they were both quite ecstatic. Now here we are, a few months from graduation, and I still get just as excited when I see him on the Spine as I did 4 years ago! We made it through study abroad and summers spent in different states. We both love Cal Lu and I think I owe the school a limb for leading me to the best guy in the world!
