Mackenzie Gerber '14 & Quinn Procter '14
We met in 2013 and we both lived in Trinity Hall, 3 doors a part from one another our senior year.
Through mutual friends, we met while in a group study/homework session one late night. I was working on a personal budget project for my finance class that I solicited Quinn's help on. Little did he know that one day this would be their budget together. We were friends for quite awhile after that with late night happy hours at Lazy Dog, study sessions, and even an occasional trip to the gym.
It wasn't until after graduation that we realized what they really meant to one another. I moved back home to Glendora after graduation while Quinn remained in Thousand Oaks. We soon found each other in a relationship 76 miles door to door. We spent time meeting halfway at The Americana in Glendale on weeknights for a quick dinner and drove back and forth on weekends adding plenty of miles to each car.
