Quantitative Strategic Decision Making During a Time of Crisis

Leaders are expected to make strategic decisions that prove to be accurate over time. However, decisions are subjective, and results can fluctuate as time passes. Obviously, more time exposes us to more facts and information which affect the quality of the initial decision. But time is the element most in demand, especially during crises.

In this talk, fundamentals of human psychology will be discussed in respect to decision making and skill development. These skills can lead to decision making with enough confidence to execute decisions during a crisis and achieve the desired outcome within acceptable range of deviation.

We hope you will join the community and engage in the discussion as we move Forward Together.
