The Theory of Relativity

A musical about the experiences we all share

The Theory of Relativity

Drama Desk Award nominees Neil Bartram and Brian Hill set out to write a musical specifically for younger performers. They interviewed college students at Sheridan College in Toronto about the biggest concerns facing them. The surprising responses about love, relationships and their place in the world lead to the creation of the unconventional musical, The Theory of Relativity. Set against the backdrop of Einstein’s famous equation, this sometimes hilarious, sometimes heartbreaking musical celebrates the human connections we all share.

The Theatre and Dance Department has created a film version of this compelling show about college students — much like a series of music videos.

The film will livestream for free 24 hours a day on April 16 and 17 at: https://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/50382
