Identifying and Retaining Talented and High-Potential Employees: The Role of Analytics and Best Practices

Executive Talent Management Forum 2018

Join the conversation at our third installment of a series of events organized by California Lutheran University’s School of Management that is dedicated to managing talent in modern organizations. The main objective of this event series is to establish a forum that will help us to build a solid bridge between industry and higher education by taking advantage of participants’ extensive knowledge and experience in the area of managing human talent. Both world-class expertise present at the School of Management and the collective brainpower of industry leaders attending this series will help us to move closer to achieving that objective.

This event will center on identifying and retaining talented and high-potential employees: the role of analytics and best practices.

We hope you will bring your expertise, learn from others and join the conversation. Feel free to contact Dr. Vlad Vaiman with questions or comments you may have about this talent forum. We are open to your thoughts and ideas as we continue building on our successful program.
