Festival of Scholars Event
The students enrolled in Music 302 – The History and Literature of Music will present formal papers in a public reading. Serving as guest commentator will be Mark Swed, a noted author, media arts personality and the chief music critic for the Los Angeles Times.
Multimedia students collect intriguing stories on three separate days from three places: the University (CLU24), the city of Thousand Oaks (TO24) and the metropolis of Los Angeles (LA24). Selections of their graphic design, photography and documentary videography will be on display.
Members of the sophomore multimedia class develop their original ideas into engaging stories.

Students were given one hour to composite their features upon the face of the world famous icon of their choice.

This exciting weeklong event showcases the scholarly works of CLU’s undergraduate and graduate students in all disciplines across the university. Presentations are given in a wide range of styles including individual and panel presentations, interactive poster presentations, musical performances and creative work displays.
