Veterans are often already equipped with the skills necessary for success in entrepreneurship. They are leaders, problem solvers, calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changes in their environment. Two successful entrepreneurs will discuss some of the opportunities, challenges and benefits for veterans as they consider starting their own business.

The annual Forum creates opportunities for mentoring and builds relationships by pairing business and community leaders with CLU students, faculty and staff over dinner and in round-table discussions.

Eight well-known artists were asked to submit drawings capturing the essence of Southern California – the people, places and culture that make this an extraordinary place to live. A reception will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19.
