Dana Rouse, mezzo-soprano

Faculty Recital

Dana Rouse and friends will present "An Evening of Chamber Music,” including Vaughan Williams' Ten Blake Songs for soprano and oboe; and Landscapes, a song cycle for piano, cello, violin and soprano. Rouse will be joined by pianist Soon Kim, oboe player Lynn Olson and others as they share rarely heard chamber music pieces.

A mezzo-soprano, Rouse has been performing for over 25 years and particularly enjoys chamber music. She has sung with the Westlake Village Chamber Music Society, Fall of Ai Concert Series, Westlake Village Symphony, Areté Vocal Ensemble and Los Robles Master Chorale. Rouse currently sings alto with the women's vocal quartet Seraphour.

Donations will be accepted. For the safety of all, audience members of all ages must wear masks and show proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Fully vaccinated musicians may perform without masks if they have obtained a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the concert.
