EB-5 Seminar

Establish Permanent Residency in the US through Direct Investments

EB-5 Seminar

The EB-5 immigration program was created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Under EB-5, foreign immigrants may obtain a conditional green card by making an investment in the amount of $500k or $1 million (depending on unemployment statistics attributable to a geographic location) into a qualifying business or by starting their own qualifying business. The conditions to the green card would generally be removed after two years, making the green card permanent, after the government ascertained that the investment had been made, properly utilized, and the jobs created.

Please join us as Jor Law, partner at Homeier & Law, a Professional Law Corporation, shares his expertise on the EB-5 program.
