World AIDS Day Observance

"Positively Speaking" and Vigil

World AIDS Day Observance

Positively Speaking will be held from 2:15-3:55 p.m. in Swenson Center, Rooms 101-102
As part of Ventura County's commemoration, a panel of local residents will talk about first-hand experiences living with HIV/AIDS. Doors will open at 2:05 p.m. Seating is limited.

Vigil will be held from 4:15-4:45 p.m. on the Swenson Center Patio
A vigil is an act of commitment: to stand with others in loss, to stand against injustice, and to stand connected in hope. Reflecting on what we have learned, seen and felt together over the course of this World AIDS Day observance, we gather in prayer and solidarity.

Admission is free.
