Nonprofit leaders play a critical role in the social fabric of community; the demands are tremendous and the stakes are often very high. 

Join us for the final installment of the 2016/2017 Nonprofit Leadership Council with leadership guide, speaker and author Kathleen Schafer, who will share lessons that frame leadership beyond rank and title and encourage leaders to align their unique talents and strengths with the impact they wish to have in the world.

The Ventura County Nonprofit Leadership Council is a collective of thought-leaders that seeks to advance philanthropy and build stronger nonprofit leaders serving our region.

Each year, the Council offers a series of five topic-driven convenings that serve as a forum for both seasoned and emerging nonprofit leaders to network with colleagues and peers, deepen understanding of important sector issues and develop a shared voice to advocate for the sector.
