Dashboard Metrics: Tracking Your Organization’s Success
Presented by the Center for Nonprofit Leadership
Organizational leaders often ask themselves questions such as, “what information is most important to track and report?” “how will we determine if we are on track?” and “how can presenting data support deeper board engagement, effective decision-making and communication?"
A simple but important tool to help answer these questions is the use of a nonprofit dashboard — a visual representation of important information that can be quickly understood, analyzed and utilized to track progress, identify successes and obstacles, and calibrate strategy and activities accordingly. This workshop will explore same dashboard reports, tools and processes that you can adopt to ensure you’re keeping an eye on what’s most important for your organization.
Audience: Executive directors/CEOs, board members and program staff
