Visions of America: A Photographer's Search for America

In celebration of President's Day, internationally acclaimed photographer Joe Sohm will present his multimedia program, Visions of America, A Photographer's Search for America. The program will be introduced by Cal Lutheran President Chris Kimball.

A former history teacher, Sohm has spent the past 30 years traveling throughout all 50 states, capturing with his camera the splendor of our country with captivating landscapes, small-town images, and memorable, momentous national events. His photos are published 50,000 times a year and have been included in major magazines, on book covers, on national television and in films. 

Joe will share his personal experiences in this 90-minute program, which includes recorded narration by Clint Eastwood and William Shatner, and music by Alan & Marilyn Bergman and acclaimed pianist Roger Kellaway. A reception with light refreshments will follow, where the audience may meet and chat with Mr. Sohm.
