Discover practical strategies to break down silos, encourage cross-functional collaboration and community partnerships and develop a sense of shared purpose among your team members.

Audience: This workshop is designed for leaders at all levels of a nonprofit organization including staff and volunteers. Organizations are encouraged to send teams of leaders.
This workshop is facilitated by Madison McAleese who has consulted for a diverse range of nonprofits, including civil rights groups, housing organizations, voter advocacy projects, arts groups and educational access organizations.
