Founders Day Convocation
Faithful Past, Promising Future, The Rev. Phyllis Anderson, Ph.D.
CLU’s annual Founders Day Convocation is a day set aside for the University to give thanks for its heritage and to accent its primary mission of educating leaders for a global society. The Rev. Dr. Phyllis Anderson, President of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, will deliver the keynote address at the 47th annual Founders Day service focusing on the theme of “Faithful Past, Promising Future.”
Highlights of the morning service will include presentation of the Christus Award, the commissioning of those who serve on the Board of Regents, and presentation of the Alumni Association Career Achievement Award.
