Autism and Communication Center Presents: Alternative Communication Socials

The Autism and Communication Center is offering free monthly socials for students who use augmentative and alternative communication. Get together with friends to engage in group activities and games. Bring your communication partner as well as your letter boards, key boards, or other communication devices. This is a great opportunity to work together on communication skill-building during structured activities while having fun. Individuals of all communication levels welcome.

When: 
Jan. 28 at 1 & 2:15 p.m.
Feb. 18 at 1 & 2:15 p.m.
March 18 at 1 & 2:15 p.m.
April 22 at 1 & 2:15 p.m.

Facilitator: We are delighted to have Amanda Johnson facilitate the social activities.  Amanda has a master's degree, 15 years of experience supporting students with autism, and over three years of experience with students who use letter boards, tablets, and other forms of augmentative and alternative communication.

Space is limited, first come first served. Registration is required.
