Impact and Opportunities in the LatinX Business Community

Join a panel of professionals as we explore their journeys in leveraging their uniqueness and diverse backgrounds to thrive professionally. The panel will explore why diversity, equity and inclusion matter in the workplace and how it drives value for individuals and the business community. We also will discuss the California Lutheran University’s Center for Economic Research & Forecasting (CERF) report on the LatinX economic contributions to the U.S. economy and the future outlook of the LatinX economic impact on the economy.

This event will be held in person and on Zoom, and will include a moderated discussion with an opportunity for students to ask questions of the panelists.
