Jill Fioravanti is an independent consultant based in Washington, DC area. She works closely with staff and senior management teams, Boards of Directors, and outside stakeholders to facilitate succession and sustainability planning, program development, participatory decision-making and strategic planning processes. Jill also serves as an executive search and transition consultant, conducts organization and management assessments, provides organizationalcoaching to nonprofit senior leaders and is a program evaluation technical assistance provider to community development corporations. To her consulting practice,Jill brings 10 years of expertise via several senior-level positions held at the Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC), a nationally recognized affordable housing community development corporation in Ventura. Jill served as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura (HACSB) for eight years and on the Social Justice Fund Steering Committee for three years, among other Board roles.
