CLU Fall Cultural Dance Festival 2019

Araceli Mojarro Wazylewski teaches Folklórico at the University Preparation Charter School at CSU Channel Islands, where she has conducted a full Folklórico program for the past 15 years. She will guide us through an overview of the various regions and styles of Folklórico. She will then be teaching one complete, specific dance. Free to all. This masterclass is brought to campus through The Department of Theatre and Dance and an Experiential Learning Grant from the Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Scholarship. No experience required. Wear character shoes if you have them. Come Dressed to move!

Held in the Dance Studio of the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center (Room 209). Please arrive by 2 p.m. Activities begin at 2:15 and conclude at 3:45.
