  A look at how to make the right career choices and how to avoid stress in the workplace by finding the right career path.

• Generational Dynamics in the Workplace

Dr. Murphy teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in human resources management and organizational behavior. She was the 2015 President's Award for Teaching Excellence recipient, and is the Program Director for the School of Management Business Administration major.  Her research focuses primarily on social loafing, culture and performance in work groups.
