Three graduate programs provide Graduate School of Psychology students with academic pathways to success.
Students in our Counseling Psychology program graduate well-prepared for a successful career as professional therapists. The program focuses on teaching students a relational and systemic model for providing counseling services.
MS in Clinical Psychology (MSCP)
The CLU MSCP is a two-year program that emphasizes open science and reproducibility in psychological science. Students are taught how to best utilize the latest technologies in statistics and research methods as a method of working towards these values. The program is committed to the use of the R lanaguage for statistical programming and the use of R Studio as the primary interface for working with R. Students can also receive training in advanced behavioral therapies and the treatment of suicidal behavior.
Our APA-accredited PsyD program is designed to develop students’ clinical skills through the integration of practice and research. Students are trained to be competent in research and scholarship and appreciative of human diversity through serving the underserved.
