This workshop led by Robert Kay will cover innovation's many forms, what drives innovation and how to nurture it in your team. Learn various ways to spark innovation within your team and what to do once you've created the spark of an idea. And finally, innovation creates intellectual property (IP) — learn how to protect it! All knowledge and experience levels are welcome!

Kay has more than 32 years experience running Elite Engineering Corp., doing marketing, engineering, manufacturing and operating as a consultancy that specialized in instrumentation, diagnostics, automation and vision-based systems for industrial, aerospace and medical/biotech products and services. This includes work that resulted in numerous patents and trademarks.
