At Cal Lutheran’s 2018 Founders Day Convocation, the California Lutheran University Outstanding Young Alumni Award was presented to alumnus Oliver Thornton. During his time at the School of Management, Thornton was one of the founders of the local chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, he won Cal Lutheran’s 2016 New Venture Competition, and he successfully completed a crowdfunding campaign for his start-up company, Coding Autism.
