Fireside Chat Series

Recently, we had another event in our Fireside Chat series, an invitation-only event for members of School of Management Clubs and Associations. Our phenomenal guest this semester was Dean's Executive Council member David Meline, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Amgen, with a market capitalization of more than $220bn, the world's largest biotech company. The conversation stretched from David's personal career path to how the CFO function has changed over the last several decades. A lively Q&A session with approximately 60 students - several of whom are currently interning or working at Amgen - and faculty rounded off a perfect evening with one of the top executives globally.
