2020 Economic Outlook Breakfast

Recently, Vlad Vaiman (Associate Dean, Graduate Studies), Matthew Fienup (Executive Director, Center for Economic Research and Forecasting), and Haider Alawami (Advisory Council Member, Economic Development Manager, City of Thousand Oaks) served as panelists at the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club 2020 Economic Outlook Breakfast. Vlad discussed the talent gap in the regional industry, Matthew presented an economic outlook for Ventura County, California, and the U.S., and Haider spoke about business attraction, especially the impressive increase in startup activity in the biotech sector in the Conejo Valley.
