New Sports Management Undergraduate Major

Over the last 3 years, we've been working with a group of industry advisors and faculty colleagues to develop a new undergraduate major in Sports Management . On August 31st, we launched! Despite the fact that the approval of the major fell outside the recruiting cycle for new students, we have been able to attract a small cohort of majors who add to our existing minor and emphasis students in Sports Management. My thanks go to Bruce Gillies who has championed the program through all its stages of development and who will serve as program director.
