American Jewish History Class

This class will explore the vast history of Jews living in America from Colonial time till today. We will examine how American History shaped Jewish Identity and religious practices; learning through first hand encounter with primary sources in American Jewish History, and excerpts from films dealing with American Jewish themes. 

Weekly sessions,every Thursday 7:00-8:00 (except for Sep 14, 21 Oct 5, Nov 23)

No prior knowledge requiered, all are welcome.
