CLU Symphony, Choirs to Perform Christmas Festival

CLU's symphony, choirs and student soloists will present the annual Christmas Festival Concerts on Friday, Dec. 6, and Saturday, Dec. 7, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 8, at 4 p.m. in Samuelson Chapel.

The concerts will feature choral and orchestral Christmas music and selected readings from the Christmas story. People from across the county begin the celebration of the Advent–Christmas–Epiphany season with the annual CLU Christmas Festival Concerts.

The symphony and choirs will be conducted by Daniel Geeting and Wyant Morton, respectively. The orchestra will perform a Vivaldi Piccolo Concerto featuring Nancy Marfisi, and Albinoni's Adagio for Strings and Organ. The choir will perform a variety of old and new carols including some international and multicultural holiday songs.

A freewill offering will be accepted. Arrive early for the best seating!
