Freshmen, transfers clear nonnative plants from wetlands

Efforts to restore some Ventura wetlands to their natural state got a huge boost from some local college students.

The entire freshman class at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks showed up to help as part of an annual university community service project. KCLU’s Lance Orozco has the story.
