  • Commencement information:
    • Graduate Commencement - Fri., May 11, 10am, William Rolland Stadium.
    • Undergraduate Commencement - Sat., May 12, 10am, William Rolland Stadium.
    • Faculty lineup (in regalia) will be 30 minutes before each ceremony in the Soiland Recreation Center in the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center. Coffee, bagels, muffins and fruit will be served.
    • PARKING FOR COMMENCEMENT: There will be reserved Faculty/Staff Parking in the Mount Clef Stadium (on the old football field).

  • Full-time Faculty - Please submit your 2018-19 Committee preferences by May 18on the Faculty Governance Blackboard. 
     
  • Full-time Faculty - Please complete your Faculty Annual Report by May 31, so that we may include this information in the "At the Leading Edge" Faculty Accomplishments publication. The online form can be found on the Academic Affairs Website under Faculty Governance or click here.
     
  • Spanish for University Professionals class will be offered this summer for faculty and staff. At least one year of high school Spanish is recommended. This non-credit course is free and does not require any text materials. 2 sessions will be offered. Click here for more information. No registration is required.  
     
  • Faculty Library Book Returns: You may have received a renewal or overdue notice from the Library Circulation Desk. As part of a physical inventory of all library materials, we are asking you to renew your books with texts in hand or return the items. Library staff will be stationed at the following locations in the next few weeks to facilitate this process:
    • Tuesday, May 8 - 4:30-5:00pm (Humanities), 5:10-5:30pm (Swenson) and5:45-6:00pm (WRAC).
    • Monday, May 14 - 10:30-11:00am (Humanities), 11:10am-11:30am(Swenson) and 11:45am-12:00pm (WRAC).
