Spotlight

  • Distance Learning Strategies: Later this week we will be distributing distance learning strategies to faculty in the unlikely event that we need to close the campus or if we have any students or faculty who are quarantined. We will also provide training opportunities to implement these strategies.

Outstanding Alumni Award Recipient, Jane Lee Winter '78, will give the keynote address, faculty receiving promotion and/or tenure in Fall 2020 will be recognized, and the President's Award for Teaching Excellence recipient will be announced. Most of our international students have been in the United States for months, and none of these students, including those from China, have come directly from communities impacted by COVID-19. To the knowledge of center staff members, there have been no xenophobic incidents on campus toward people from Asia, and we want to remain incident-free. For questions, please email international@callutheran.edu.
