- Full-time Faculty - Please complete your Faculty Annual Report as soon as possible, so that we may include this information in the "At the Leading Edge" Faculty Accomplishments publication. The online form can be found on the Academic Affairs Website under Faculty Resources or click here. Note: An additional section on the pandemic has been added, with the questions "Please share any comments about the impact of the pandemic on your work. Are there changes that you made that you want to continue? Are there resources you need to do this?" Upon successful submission of your report, you will receive an immediate email copy.
